Slowing aging, is one thing.
Getting BETTER with age, is another.
I hope you with both.

FAQ's
How can you help me?
Behind a well-architected protocol is the world-class ideation. You can have any and all my personal protocols at zero cost.
My thinking for you is not zero cost.
I charge to think for you, meaning, crafting and optimizing your protocol based on your needs, practical constrains and preferences,
I charge for feedback & application to you, at a high-strategic level.
I am not going to teach you how to steam your vegetables, for example. I am going to tell you the rationale behind why I steam cook 97% of my food so you can make your own informed decision.
What got you into longevity?
My journey with health optimization started with FITNESS optimization 15 years ago now.
This was when I first started teaching myself about nutritional biochemistry, exercise physiology, various training principles, etc. At that time I adopted a 297% performance & aesthetics-centric and the ‘more is more’ approach to all of this, and burnt out.
It took me many years to get back on track and to start to ‘optimize’ again.
When I started ‘hard’ optimizing this time around, I came across the meta-thinking of Ray Kurzweil, Aubrey de Grey, George Church and the research as presented by David Sinclair as relating to aging & humanity as a whole.
Having an engineering background, I knew that Moore’s law’s applications in computing will have a carry over exponential effect on the field of biology as a whole, in our lifetime, and it has started.
The science & philosophy of this converged with various personal developments in my own life, and drove me to ‘optimize’ my existence in the direction of ‘longevity.’
Over time, I realized, after all, optimizing for ‘longevity’ is also what optimizes athletic performance for the recreational athlete, it is what optimizes for balanced physical aesthetics.
Best of all, it is the way to live for peak productivity, maximum mental performance, and mood stability.
If only I had known this back then. That is why I am here to help.
What is your take on longevity?
My view is that longevity is largely a personal & private endeavour as everyone views their lives differently 40, 50, or 100 years from now.
But the biology behind how to get there is something where the collective human intelligence can help each other, to reach our personal & private goals.
Simultaneously, the collective human society improves when the average health status of humans improve.
I am interested in a longevity lifestyle, I am new to this, how can I get started?
If you are completely new to health optimization, I suggest you to dial-in on ‘traditional’ health and focus on light, sun, sleep, hydration, abundant & varied whole-foods nutrition, remove proceed foods/refined sugar, balanced training.
They sound way more boring as compared to “DNA methylation tests,” “epigenetics age tests” and “personalized medicine,” but as long as you are species HUMAN, they will work for you, and they account for at least 87% of your health status.
Don't forget that we humans share 99.9% of our genetic material as another human on the other side of the planet.
Don’t walk over 100’s to pick up pennies.
